Refund & Returns Policy
At Lila Agrotech, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our agricultural products (bio-fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and biostimulants). Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns Policy Due to the perishable and specialized biological nature of agricultural products, we accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- Received damaged, leaked, or broken packaging upon delivery.
- Received incorrect product or missing items from the order.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the package.
2. Conditions for Eligible Returns
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with original seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) and clear photo/video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, tampered with, or partially used.
- Products stored incorrectly after delivery that caused damage or inactivation of biological cultures.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
5. Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our facility. Once dispatched, standard return/refund rules apply.
